HRS Consulting, Inc. has recently been awarded multiple contracts across a broad spectrum of clients:
VETERANS ADMINISTRATION ACQUISITION ACADEMY (VAAA) ADAPTIVE LEARNING PROBLEM SOLVING TRAINING — VAAA, where HRS already has a contract for Peak Performance in the Warriors to Workforce program for Veterans, has expanded HRS’ services to include Adaptive Learning Problem Solving Training for the Contracting Professional School (CPS). CPS provides technical and professional training for the VA acquisition workforce and is increasing its range of course offerings, by giving acquisition professionals an opportunity to learn problem solving skills through the use of adaptive learning.
VETERANS HEALTH ADMINISTRATION (VHA) OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT (OEM) — VHA OEM has engaged HRS to provide consulting support to facilitate the development and creation of a three-year strategic plan. VHA OEM coordinates the Comprehensive Emergency Management Program which includes essential VA emergency medical response and support services at the local, regional, and national levels to ensure the health and safety of our Veteran patients and their families, staff, and visitors, and continued delivery of VHA health care services. Furthermore, OEM delivers and coordinates VHA support missions for VHA facilities affected by disasters, and performs missions assigned to the Department of Veteran Affairs by FEMA or U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) for response to and recovery from nationally declared emergencies and disasters.
SOUTHWESTERN HEALTH RESOURCES (SWHR) — SWHR has engaged HRS to co-design a framework for becoming a High Reliability Organization (“HRO”). SWHR has named the program Interconnected Dependability, or IxD, and is rolling out IxD to all of their employees in the upcoming months. Southwestern Health Resources Clinically Integrated Network is ranked No. 1 in the nation for the second year in a row, further demonstrating the success of the physician-driven strategies SWHR has designed to build a stronger system of care.
